We respond to all messages within 1 business day. For urgent report issues โ€” such as not receiving your report after payment โ€” we aim to respond within a few hours during business hours.

Quick Answers

I paid but didn't receive my report.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your email address and we'll resend it right away.
My results page link expired.
Results links are valid for 24 hours for your privacy. After that the data is permanently deleted. You can submit a new analysis if needed.
Can I get a refund?
If a technical issue prevented you from receiving your report, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Is ClearBillReview affiliated with my carrier?
No. ClearBillReview is an independent consumer analysis service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any carrier or service provider. We do not access or scrape any carrier system. Customers upload their own billing documents and we analyze only what they provide.
What should I include in my message?

To help us respond quickly, include:

  • Which page or step you were on when the issue occurred
  • Your carrier name if your question is about a report
  • The email address you used when submitting your analysis
  • A brief description of what you expected to happen vs. what did

You do not need to send your carrier password, account number, or billing documents to us by email.
